Friday – Check in from 12:00 noon until 2:00pm. Judging begins at 3:00pm
Saturday - Check in from 7:30am to 8:30am. Judging begins at 9:00am.
Sunday - Check in from 8:00 am to 8:30am. Judging begins at 9:00am.

Late arrivals must check in with the Master Clerk and each ring clerk to ensure their entries are marked present. No cat may leave the show hall unless permission is obtained from the show manager. No cats may remain in the show hall overnight.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:An official entry form or on-line form must be used for each entry and full payment (US funds) must accompany these entries. If payment is not received within 10 days of entry, entry will become null and void. The only exception to this will be for overseas exhibitors where payment will be expected upon check-in in US funds. Show management reserves the right to make any changes to the slate of judges. All fees must be paid in US funds, no post dated checks please. Fees must be paid in advance. Cats will not be benched unless fees are paid. Substitution charge is $10. Returned check charge is $20.
UNREGISTERED CATS:  Unregistered cats may be shown in all classes except ANB, PNB and NT. Those cats must have a registration number in the catalog.

In order for points to count, the cat must be registered prior to the second show. Effective May 1, 2019, owners of unregistered cats, kittens and altersmust prove eligibility to be registered. Acceptable documentation includes TICA litter registrations, pedigrees, or registration documents from another organization. Copies of this documentation MUST be sent to the entry clerk or uploaded to TOES so they can be forwarded to the Executive Office. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the entry clerk.
HEALTH RULES:This is a non-vetted show. All cats must be fully immunized and tested negative for FeLV. All entries must be free of fungus, fleas, and ear mites. It is advised that all cats be bathed and groomed prior to benching. ALL CLAWS MUST BE CLIPPED PRIOR TO BENCHING
EXHIBITION/FOR SALE CATS:"Exhibition/For Sale" Cages will be available to exhibitors only. Kittens MUST be 3 months old (born on or after October 26, 2023) to enter the show hall. NO KITTENS or CATS may be confined to carriers, either displayed or under bench, during show hours.
SHOW RULES/AWARDS:All exhibitors agree by entry to abide by and uphold the show rules of TICA. Show rules and registration information may be downloaded here.
SUPPLIES:Litter will be provided. Please bring your own litter pans, food and water dishes. Cage curtains are required - cages are 22"x22"x22" for a single, double cages are 22"x22"x45". Please bring your own cage covers - sides, top and back of cages must be covered. Please bring plastic liners for male cages.
RING CLERKS:Please indicate on your Summary Sheet if you will be available to clerk. Clerks will receive $50 a day plus lunch. Please do not deduct clerking fees from entry fees - you will be paid at the end of the show. Preference will be give to TICA licensed clerks. It is advisable to have your cats agented.
STEWARDS:Will be paid $20 a day plus lunch. Please let us know if you are interested.
